Stumperlowe Mansions were luxury apartments built in the 1930’s by Ellis Pearson and furnished by Cole Brothers. Once home to the American consul, works to the external façade needed completing in 2021.  

Unite were contracted to carry out refurbishment works to the roof, external walls and balconies to improve elements structurally as well as waterproofing and rainwater goods.  

It was crucial that the works were completed as quickly as possible. With the building being fully occupied during the works, all efforts were made to minimise disruption to all parties.   

The works were completed in several construction phases, systematically and in a cost effective sequence, delivered on time and to budget.
