Previously the site of the Old Royal public house and carpark, Unite  constructed  7 terraced houses with a mixture of 2 and 3 beds with allocated parking.   

The old beer cellar, covering 50% of the site, presented numerous  challenges in both ground design and construction. Foundations were value engineered as insitu reinforced concrete columns support the street facing homes whilst the drainage design was rationised by using much of the void as part of the attenuation strategy.  

All units were complete with Kitchen, Bathrooms and Carpets, some of which were incorporated into the sale agreements as purchase options.
