Longs of Leeds

Longs of Leeds remains in the control of the Long Family and has an ever-expanding portfolio of commercial properties. 

Unite provides all construction and maintenance services related to the ongoing haulage business based in Leeds, along with the numerous commercial properties, both let and vacant.  Works have recently included External Slab renewals and roof repairs at the Depot in Crossgates. 

Close coordination with the Facilities Manager has enabled the 24/7 haulage operations to perform at 100% capacity during the works.   The existing Dock Levellers improved alongside the new Dock Leveller installations.  Other works include Roller Shutter Door renewals, office upgrades and Fire shutter alterations.  Works continue with Longs with a major re-development currently under negotiation.
