Fusion is a blend of one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as penthouses, set within Middlewood Locks. There are 212 stylish apartments within a seven storey landmark block many enjoying some generous outside space. 

Façade investigations identified a number fire related issues to the 3 glazed facades of the luxury apartments. All Spandrel Panels had been insulated using combustible insulation and there were no fire barriers present. 

Works are carried out whilst fully occupied from a fully sheeted external scaffold. Fusion 1, Fusion 6 and Fusion 8 are to be progressed sequentially to reduce disruption to all occupants. Works to be completed towards the end of 2022.
