United Reformed Church approached Unite to resolve a long standing issue with water ingress through its existing roof. Constructed in 2009 the Falzinc Roof (Kalzip Standing Seam) had failed to perform in all conditions, with a number of major floods experienced in 2018 and 2019.  

In conjunction with 3H Architecture of Leeds, major works to the central gutters and surrounding standing seams, along with additional below ground drainage were completed to a tight budget and programme restraints.
